Ambulance & Emergency Services Piped Gas Systems

Oxylitre offer a comprehensive range of piped gas systems for Oxygen, Medical Air, ENTONOX® and Vacuum. Each system is produced to your specification, assembled, pressure & particulate tested in accordance with HTM 02-01 and certified prior to delivery. Our pipelines incorporate BS Terminal Outlets the number and configuration of these can vary dependent on the customer requirements. The pipeline system is produced with anti-static phalate free hose which conform to the current standards, and are coloured accordingly for the appropriate gas type. Oxylitre is the UK's leading Ambulance Pipeline manufacture and offers the most extensive configurations of pipeline systems, these vary in length, the number of outlets, single or twin cylinder systems incorporating gas management and warning systems. Hose assemblies are an lla Medical Device, all pipelines are company labelled with Date of Manufacture, CE marked etc.

All systems are assembled to customers' specification. Hose lengths and unit positions are as required, please provide drawings with positions and hose lengths or contact us with your specification for our Initial Design Service.

Because all of our systems are supplied fully assembled, pressure tested and certified, this means all our systems come ready for installation as standard.

All systems are also supplied with Hose Retaining Clips, Self Tapping Screws and a Self-Adhesive Serial Number Label.
